Either you or we may terminate or cancel your subscription to the Services at any time. Such cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription term. You agree that cancelling your subscription is your sole right and remedy in resolving any dispute with us, including, but not limited to, disputes concerning:
1. Terms in the Agreement or how we enforce or apply these Terms;
2. Our policies, such as the Privacy Policy, and our application or enforcement of these policies;
3. Content available through the Services;
4. Your ability to access or use any part of the Services;
5. Any fees, charges, surcharges, taxes, or billing methods, including any changes to these.
Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, we may immediately deactivate your account and delete all related information and files, or bar further access to them, unless otherwise specified by us. You may cancel your subscription by contacting Customer Service or by any other method we provide. We aim to process cancellation requests within 72 hours after receiving them. If you cancel within 72 hours of the next billing period, you agree to be charged for that billing period and acknowledge that no refund will be issued for the final subscription fee. We reserve the right to collect any fees, surcharges, or costs incurred before your cancellation takes effect.
